Audi about turn

The #99 Audi has cycled back into the lead on the pitstops, having a margin of 1.45.5 secs on lap 88 over the #9 Porsche. The leading cars are now running well north of nine minutes for a lap but the battle for the overall lead is far from resolved. The general pace of the race seems to have slackened with the protagonists perhaps realising they could not maintain such a blistering pace without compromising reliability. Traffic will also play a part. RLT.
